The pools are incredible. The outdoor pool in summer time is a joy. I rarely can't get a lane...unless there's a swim team or meet, then forget it. The facilities overall could be a bit better...

Very bad service and management. I am a traveling member and it took them 30 minutes before they could confirm my membership. I am cancelling my current membership due to this.
