The Sanctuary Apartments is a transitional living property in Sioux City, Iowa. The housing program is sponsored by the Jackson Recovery Center and is designed to offer a safe living environment for women and/or women with children who have completed a primary addiction treatment program. The Sanctuary Apartments have 24 one, two and three-bedroom apartments that were built in 2007. The property offers structured, safe and stable low-cost housing for women as they continue in their recovery and reunite as a family.
