Descriptions Reasonable rates are a main draw at Super 8 by Wyndham Burnham/Lewistown which also has a convenient location and freebies like continental breakfast. There are views of the Appalachian Mountains from all 57 rooms at the two-story Super 8 by Wyndham. Look for TVs with dozens of cable channels and free local calls. Some rooms also have microwaves and mini-fridges. A complimentary continental breakfast is served every morning and there's free coffee in the lobby for whenever you need a pick-me-up. Just off Route 322 the Super 8 by Wyndham is less than two miles from Burnham and three miles from Lewistown. Pennsylvania State University the largest college in the area is 29 miles away. Rothrock State Forest is about nine miles north. The University Park Airport is 34 miles northwest and Harrisburg International Airport is 70 miles southeast. |

The room and the service were fine--precisely what I would expect of a lower-end hotel chain such as Super 8. Usually, the tradeoff of a Super 8-level stay is a Super 8-level price....
