I'm crazy about "real" ham. Earthy, cured, smoked, taste and feels like it came from an actual animal. Meat should taste like it came from an animal. Reality? I'll eat almost any ham, but I like...

I'm not much of a fan of salt cured southern hams but I tried a small pack of this ham and it was salty for sure but it also had a nasty sour taste to it - threw it out and won't buy another
