Worst customer service I have ever seen. Clinical staff are great. Front desk and central telephone office are completely incompetent. Were I a physician I would never refer my patients to them.

My parents and I have been to a few SimonMeds in the valley. My father had to get an ultrasound to verify if he had a blood clot or not. The receptionists were friendly, polite and professional....
