Purchased tickets far in advanced for a showing. Get there and they had double booked not only my seats but 8 other people in other seats by promising the same seats to a field trip full of kids....

This movie theater has never given me problems. The staff is great and it's very clean. The only issue I have is the parking. You're lucky if you find parking on the side or by chuckie cheese...
