If I could give this dump zero stars, I would. It's filthy, it's run down, the staff is lazy, uncaring, stupid and rude. They are operating on poverty level budget and don't have basic toiletries...

PT is the only reason I would give 1star. My 88 year old mother had surgery from a hip fracture with no complications whatsoever. She was discharged 2 days later to receive PT from this facility...
