Grooming is HORRIBLE! Management is even worse. There are far more better places to shop and have your dog groomed, that value their customers.

They do a great job in the grooming area. My Husky comes back looking very nice. It's just trying to get the appointment is a hassle I called 4 times no answer so I went to the store stood there...

Why all the hate? I LOVE this location!!!! I bring my dog Whiskey here for a bath every other month about and they do a fabulous job! He's always super happy and in a good mood after his grooming....
