Update: they cleaned up the beach more and added a bunch of wonderful powder soft sand. How have I not reviewed our local beach? Anyway, last year we had no beach due to flooding, but it's back....

I have lived here in Olcott for 15 years. The beach is a mess. Concrete to break waves was added to prevent flooding. All it did was ruin the beach. They should of dumped Sand/Gravel instead. Now...

It's very tiny compared to pretty much every other beach around here. It's closed half of the time due to bacteria. The beach is at the very end of a large farming area, so all of the pesticides...
