Descriptions Mac's Acadian Seafood Shack, founded in 1996, serves a combination of East Coast seafood with a Cajun flare. Its favorite dishes are made from fresh fish and oysters from the Northeast. The restaurant s starter menu includes shrimp cocktail, Cajun shrimp, fried calamari, crab spring rolls, jambalaya steamed mussels and fried artichoke hearts. Mac's Acadian Seafood Shack serves a variety of sandwiches, including chicken, fish, Reuben and turkey. It also offers saut ed chicken, salmon cakes, scallops, grilled chicken breast and butternut squash ravioli.
