Descriptions Healdsburg Veterans Memorial Beach is a public swimming beach located on the Russian River near the Healdsburg Memorial Bridge. An adjacent park, managed by the Sonoma County Parks Department, features picnic tables, restrooms, showers and a playground. The beach is closed during the fall and winter months. |

Not much water these days (ankle deep) but if you have little kids, this is perfect. Lots of water to run around in and even with low water, still a lifeguard. Lots of fish in the river tells you...
