They should tell you to take the day off from work to attend an eye appointment. 3 hours and counting. I was told I was next spent an hour in room and is still waiting.

I cringe having to make an appointment for my son who has had 16 years of health issues attributed to 2 cancers. Though the doctors are wonderful the front office staff can be incredibly rude....
