Descriptions Chelsea's Restaurant has been in Middletown for 17 years and is owned by Richard and Leanne Rodrigues. It specializes in home-cooked meals, and are open for breakfast and lunch only. Walking into this restaurant, it feels as if you've stepped into a good friend's kitchen, with all of the walls adorned with family photos and plenty of family-style kitchen tables and chairs. Chelsea's has a ramp for easy handicap access, and it is also important to note that it's a cash-only business -- no cards accepted. Chelsea's has a great menu of breakfast options and also offer dinner specials to go as well. Its staff is very friendly and happy to answer any questions. Chelsea's is an extremely affordable local restaurant and the perfect place to have a great breakfast. |

Cute little place for breakfast in Middletown. It's not fancy or trendy, like many of the cafes in town. Instead, Chelsea's has a real local vibe. Don't look for menus on the table. Just look up...

Cute place with affordable food. Pretty tasty and nice service. For a brunch weekend we were helped fast. I got the French toast- I do wish it was a bit more than three slices of bread on a plate....
