Chelseacare Home Medical Equipment

The Chelsea Community Hospital houses the Chelseacare Pharmacy on the first floor of the Professional Building. The pharmacy provides services to in-patient and outpatient areas, as well as prescription service, over-the-counter and supplemental medications. The hospital also provides home medical equipment to patients recovering off campus. This includes canes, walkers, wheelchairs, braces, crutches, testing supplies, oxygen services, sleep apnea equipment, urological supplies and more.
