This was our first time visiting. This is a small quaint place that serves breakfast and lunch only. You choose your own seats. Our server was at our table taking drink orders almost immediately....

It is on 22nd just east of Craycroft if you blink you miss it especially if you're not looking for it. It's closer to the Chase Bank on 22nd on the north side of 22nd. It has pretty ample parking...
